Behind the Digital Side

Founder & Lead Developer

For nearly a decade, Nev worked across both sides of a small business in downtown Frederick, helping customers at the front while also managing the changing information, repeated questions, daily operations, and behind the scenes details that keep everything moving.

While studying Business Management and Forensic Accounting, Nev gained a stronger understanding of how those moving pieces fit together and where they can start to break down. A Salesforce internship added the technology side of business and opened the path into web development, which gave her a practical way to bring that experience together.

That is where The Digital Side comes from: understanding how the business works first, then building the customer facing experience and digital systems around the way the brand actually operates.
